Just like first impressions in the offline world, a well-designed user interface can determine the future relationship you have with a consumer. UX is all about determining the way a person will feel when they engage with your brand online. Is it a positive experience? Does it fulfill user needs? Is it memorable? The only surefire way to answer these questions affirmatively is to start with users. We talk with them. Watch them use a product.
